For 37 years I have shopped at farm and fleet in Chippewa falls (Eau Claire ) Wi. I was always satisfied with my experience there , until today. I now will consider that store a last resort destination. Previously if I stopped for a case of oil or garage supplies or even dog food ,I may have then looked at hand tool to see if I saw something I wanted ,now however they are women’s clothing where previously I would have shopped. However I am not going to waste my time walking to the complete opposite end of the store just to see if I want to spend money on something I might want not necessarily need at that moment . Maybe women like to shop an entire store while they are there , Men OD NOT!

I was in a bind on a holiday weekend. We blew a tire on my snowmobile trailer. No one else was open but Blain's where! A life saver!

I just ran in to check cat food prices compared to Fleet Farm 😅 and was honestly pleasantly surprised! The staff were perfect—not hovering, but right there when I actually needed help. One guy even mentioned they’ll price match if I find it cheaper elsewhere—didn’t think people still did that, so that was a nice surprise. Prices were the same or a little cheaper, plus there’s way more variety. Definitely glad I stopped by—this is officially my go-to spot for sacks of cat kibble. My wallet thanks me, and so do the cats 🐈 😻 🐈⬛️ 🐱.

Have a good selection of products, but don't take small engine stuff there took my snow blower there in October and asked as they were tuning it up to check the back up feature out not working properly. Got a call back a couple of days later said it was ready to go. Picked it up brought it home we got snow and it wouldn't start after a snow fall took it back got a call back it was done. Picked it up now it starts but reverse still doesn't work . I paid almost 200. For service and end up with shoddy service and paid a lot of money for nothing. I took it there because it is close to my house but never again. Terrible going to have a hard time going back to that store.😡🤬
